Advertising Terms

All listings are subject to approval and must align with the values of the Darras Index: local, trustworthy, and community-focused. Listings are free for the first four weeks, followed by a £1 per week fee, billed every four weeks. There is no subscription; advertisers will receive a reminder to renew. Pubs and restaurants offering exclusive deals to Darras Index users may advertise free of charge while the promotion is active. Listings for under-16s offering part-time services and free community clubs/events are also free.

Content & Intellectual Property

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all content submitted, including logos, images, and text. By submitting content, you grant Darras Index Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your listing. We reserve the right to edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive, or not in line with our community standards.

Accuracy & Updates

Advertisers are responsible for keeping their listings accurate and up to date. You may request updates at any time by contacting info@darrasindex.co.uk. We may periodically review listings and request confirmation of details.
